About Frostrail Guide
Frostrail Guide is an independent fan resource about Frostrail, the co-op survival shooter from FakeFish and Shiro Unlimited. It is written and maintained by one editor, it is not affiliated with FakeFish, Shiro Unlimited or Valve, and it has no advertising partnership with any of them.
What this site is for
Most pages about an unreleased game are written from a press release. This one is written from the build: the free Next Fest demo that ran from 19 to 26 October 2026, the official Steam announcements, and the developer's own answers to player questions. When the demo closes and Early Access opens, the pages get rewritten against the new build rather than left to age.
The rule is simple: if a claim cannot be pointed at a source, it does not go on a public page. That means some pages are shorter than you might expect — the map page does not name the three demo areas, because the developer has not named them. It also means there are no tier lists and no codes page, because the demo does not support the first and the game does not have the second.
How the pages are sourced

Player reports are treated differently from official statements, and the text says which is which. If a forum thread is the only source for something, the page attributes it to players rather than stating it as fact.
Corrections
If something here is wrong — a date, a mechanic, a claim that no longer holds after a patch — email the address on the contact page with the page and the correction. Corrections get made the same day when they are verifiable.

All screenshots and key art on this site are official promotional material from Frostrail's Steam store page and Steam announcements, reproduced for reference and commentary. Frostrail, its artwork and its trademarks belong to FakeFish and Shiro Unlimited.
What this site does not do

- It does not run intrusive advertising.
